Warranty Policy

We stand behind our products. Furniture and mattresses that are manufactured by DaVinci and purchased directly from DaVinci or DaVinci's authorized retailers is covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

 FURNITURE 

Your DaVinci furniture product will be replaced or repaired at our option, at no cost to you, for 1 year from the date of purchase from an authorized DaVinci retailer. Our warranty protects you against damage that is the result of a manufacturing defect and is non-transferrable from the original owner.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

• Damage that is the result of improper storage, installation, negligent misuse, or products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer
• Normal wear and tear or commercial use
• Items bought as used or secondhand products, including items that served as floor models
• Items that have been altered by an unauthorized 3rd party repair person

 MATTRESSES 

Your DaVinci mattresses and pads will be replaced or repaired at our option, at no cost to you, if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials. All contour and changer pads have a 1-year limited warranty and mattresses have either a two, ten, or twenty-five year warranty, as specified by item, from date of purchase, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, or commercial use
• Stains caused by non-food related grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents, corrosives
• Intentional or accidental damage resulting from the misuse of the product—including, cutting into the material
• Mattresses that do not have the manufacturer's original law tag
